So, show of hands: who wants to hear me brood?

Men. Stupid. Ass. Men. Certain things aren't special to them and are to women. And I'm not talking about minor stuff. I'm talking about special stuff. Stuff that means something. You know that phrase "Men give love for sex and women give sex for love?" Totally true. And it totally sucks. You guys will probably climb down my throat for saying this next thing but whatever. It's just another reason why I should be with women. It's not as special as men say it is. Even they only sleep with their wife and  no one else ever. It's just different for guys and that pisses me off. As far as I'm concerned women are better than men. Yes that's sexist but so be it. Maybe I'm a feminist but I don't really give a shit. And then there's that God created us equal and blah blah blah but in society we're not equal. Jesus is male. Ha I bet even the friken dove that the Holy Spirit became was male. And Mary sits at the right hand of the father. Yes yes she does sit at the right hand but she's not him. She just gets special privledges. I hate men. The should just leave me alone.

*sigh* Don't keep it all bundled up, dear. What are you trying to say? /sarcasm On a more serious note, what IS it that you're trying to say? I'm a feminist; I believe in the equal (but different) dignity of men and women.

Even they only sleep with their wife and no one else ever. It's just different for guys and that pisses me off.

Is only sleeping with your wife a bad thing? Cause fidelity really seemed like a good thing all around. And I don't understand why that would piss you off, really.

And okay, Jesus took on a male human nature. But you can't say that God IS man; He's really ABOVE any such specifications. Kinda like angels, only better. And you diminish the worth of women if you dismiss Mary like that, too; she's really freaking important.

I don't care if you want men to leave you alone; whatever. But jumping off the other side of the boat seems unnecessary.

I'm around if you want to talk.

Much love,
Aie

OMG like I'm not going to point out that it's normal for women be as interested in sex as men are. The cycle just complicates it somewhat. (And being the one with the womb means that when you look at some guy and go O.O it can take two seconds to jump to the idea of getting pregnant and another two to the idea of your kid going to highschool. Um. Is that only me? My uterus + my five siblings makes my brain do that.)

It's true that the standard is skewed, though. It's so normal people don't care. Women should know what their expectations are for their husbands ahead of time, whatever they are, b/c there are enough well-worn tracks they can just slip right into along with everyone else if they don't have anything better.

The Holy Spirit in the New Testament is actually described as tongues of fire, though, yeah? There is no way tongues of fire could be male. Say "TONGUES OF FIYERRR" out loud, see how cool it sounds.

And yes, all douchebags should leave you alone.

One thing. They say that anything the heart of Mary requests of Christ, He immediately obeys. He cannot deny his Mother even the simplest request. Ever. That puts Mary at quite the high place, now doesn't it?

Society is always going to be screwed so screw them.

Today everyone has a messed up idea of what sex is, and put pressure on both men and women to have sex cause it's natural. Sure it's natural, but they don't understand the whole beautiful concept of sex. When you have sex with someone, several things are happening (or supposed to be happening). 1 - you are saying to your partner "I am giving myself completely to you, out of love for you I want you to be happy in our moment together." 2 - You are creating a special bond with that person that should only be for that one person, out of respect for yourself and your partner, you are saying that they are the only one that you want to be with. It's that bond of love that gets so messed up in society. 3- You are opening yourself to the procreation of children, because that is the second natural thing that happens with sex. The first is the bond or union, the second is for children. Even if you don't conceive, you still need to be open to that possibility.

Unfortunately, no one teaches that anymore, which is sad. It's all about getting some and moving on, which damages each person involved. The damage may not be obvious but it's there. It's also abusing this natural, beautiful process God gave us, but of course God has nothing to do with sex, He's only the creator of it.

Also, in a proper relationship, there are things that women bring and that men bring. They compliment each other, because of their differences. Unfortunately that isn't taught anymore either. We're not equal in the sense that we're the same, because we're not, we're equal in our rights as human beings, citizens of a country, etc.

Yes sometimes we want to bash men through the skull with sharp metal objects and tell them to take a long walk off a short pier. And some men are douche-bags. No questions asked. But that doesn't mean that all men are, and not all the time. We all have our bitchy moments as women and we can be pretty unreasonable ourselves.

No srsly tho, who's looking to get his ass beat?

It tends to sound like someone is angling for a strangling.

Or cruising for a bruising.

Or galloping for a whalloping.

That last one didn't really rhyme.

Breana if you don't laugh I'll have to shoot myself. I just threw all my cred out the window.
